Tranquility Day Spa opened its doors in May of 2007 in Watertown Square in Massachusetts. Its owners, mother and daughter, Linda Souza and Leah Varney, sought to create a day spa which embodied the definition of their choice in naming the spa Tranquility… “to be free of agitation of mind or spirit; free from disturbance or turmoil.”
Tranquility offers highly professional and trained staff, proven management, accessible location and marketing programs that draw customers from not only the local region, but from other regions as well. Services include facials, therapeutic massage, energy based healing, waxing and natural nail care. The affordable “Ultimate Day at the Spa” spa package gained national attention with a mention in “Everyday with Rachael Ray” magazine May, 2008 issue bringing guests to the spa as far away as South Carolina.
Although Tranquility is a “day spa” providing guests with a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, its primary mission is to provide skin care and body treatments that offer real results and benefit overall health and well-being.
The look and decor of Tranquility Day Spa is meant to appeal to a wide range of people who seek a place to relax and unwind. From the materials used, to the color schemes chosen, it is all about creating a unique experience. Our guests will walk into an environment that engages all of the senses; the lighting, the fragrance and the sounds and will immediately feel comfortable and relaxed.
