Beauty Starts from Within: The Importance of a Healthy Spine
An unhealthy spine can be the source of many health issues ranging from musculoskeletal problems to chronic headaches. Come learn more about:
What does it mean to have an unhealthy spine?
How do you know if your spine is unhealthy?
Why is good posture important?
What can be done if your spine is unhealthy?
Dr. Tuyet Dinh, of Iaso Chiropractic, West Newton, will show us the proper workplace and at home ergonomics for a healthy, pain-free back.
Cost: $10.00
Participants should wear comfortable clothing.
All attendees will receive a gift certificate for a complimentary initial consultation and exam with Dr. Tuyet Dinh.

Meridian Tapping Techniques (MTT), which includes Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is both a combination of mind/body medicine and acupuncture (without the needles) that create a powerful technique often called “emotional acupuncture.”
Bring your experiences of how stress is affecting you. Through an easy to learn technique, you may be able to eliminate or greatly reduce your anxiety. Feel your tension level drop in a very short amount of time.
